Seeing this dog hunker down was pretty neat. Sheep are quite skiddish (no, not sheepish :)) and jumpy; so, this dog didn't even have to bark to get them to obey him.

The shepherd would whistle or speak to the dog, telling him what to do. Neat!

Watching these sheep in action, we definitely could see that they weren't the brightest bulbs in the box. How humbling to see the creatures we're compared to, eh?
